8 30. Coffee. 9 30. Tea
12 30. Soup and 2 satsumas
300. Another satsuma and 2 Oat biscuits
Felt genuinely weak on the way home at 5, had to eat 2 slices of ham the second I got in
Dinner. At 5 45. Home made burger in tiny home made bap, salad and 1 roast potatoe
Then took a 36 minute walk in the company of John Peel 's desert Island discs, an old one from 1995 with sue lawley. Superb !
You need more protein to stop you getting weak! That was too much carbohydrate in the morning.
ReplyDeleteI add frozen fruits (Tescos or Aldi Summer Fruits are good) to my porridge when it is just about cooked. It helps cool the porridge quickly and most of all gives the porridge a lovely taste and colour. A spoonful of honey also helps...sometimes the frozen raspberries can be a bit sharp!
