day 4 food

Breakfast      7.15  more Muesli, a banana
                     8.30   coffee (heavenly)
                     9.30 tea
                     11.00  decaf coffee, no snack , too busy
 Lunch         12.30   Soup / bread / 2 bean salads  at Cornucopia
                      3.00 rooibos x 2, some nuts
dinner            5.30  Salmon cutlets, wild rice, salad, small orange

6.00             broke down and ate a tiny blueberry muffin

no exercise today, too busy

hamsters have starved on less

Tomorrow:  could your child be too gifted!!  I mean as in talented, not over indulged by Santa

  1. Why no supper? Give the man a bowl of cornflakes FGSks!! Skimmed milk&cookie. SO not OK with muesli - v bloating!!!

  3. If it makes you feel any better, I'm being ritually abused in my local gym. They call it exercise, but I'm sure there are Dominatrixes out there that could put that equipment to use!!!
