interest fact about Tofu

TOFU: Tofu was designed by the Japanese military in world war 2 to serve as a sound proofing material in the engine compartment of its Zero fighter planes. The fact that it was edible was only discovered when one of its pilots crash landed on a deserted island in the Pacific and was driven by starvation to eat his own plane.

    Try Blazing Salads tofu baked with sesame seeds & soy sauce really tasty even for non tofu people!
