Break. Kilbeggan porridge, berriesb, seeds, tea
11. Tea, apple, banana
Lunch. Boiled eggs , toast , I slice of cheese, tomatoes
Snack. Oat cracker and cottage cheese
Dinner. Meatballs in tomato sauces whole grain rice, grated cheese, broccoli
Later. Tea (rooibos).
And Ruth Field (run fat bitch run) is tweeting me to see I went for a run. no escape , but had the kids to myself so no chance. Tomorrow!!!!!
