day 3


breakfast meusli / banana / coffee x 2
snack half a piece of cardboard / decaf coffee
lunch Tofu Chilli - no joke - and brown bread
snack 1 pear
dinner veggie omelette / baked potato and beans , one orange

ran 3 k at lunch time

not all of this is Elsa Jones approved, but dinner was a what's in fridge special.

A vineyard in Spain called to ask what's the problem? Sales down 20%.

  1. Can you have porridge? It would REALLY last you so much longer and with a little creme fraiche and blueberries on top... And to have a flask of chilled sparking water with lemon/lime slices in? Get lots of ice cube makers, squeeze in some lemon lime zest here, to brighten up the water consumption which is key to removing the toxins you're dislodging-rock on!!
